Send the whole cabin, not only the worst spot

A full walkaround helps show whether a problem is isolated or part of a pattern. Include each wall, roofline, lower logs, corners, deck connections, and access.

Pair every closeup with context

Closeups show damage. Wider photos show why it may be happening. For soft logs, peeling stain, and failed chinking, send both.

Include history if you know it

Past stain product, last maintenance date, previous blasting or finish removal, old repairs, inspection reports, and rental scheduling limits can change the quote path.

Some issues still need an onsite review

Photos can narrow the conversation, but hidden rot, unsafe decks, structural questions, unknown coatings, and extensive restoration work may still require a site visit.
